2025 Update

 Hello!

This blog was a project for my leadership program, which coincided with my bachelor's degree program. I completed the project in 2022, but have decided to keep this site online as an example of my writing and research skills at that time. In short, no further posts or updates will be made to this site. However, I hope that those who come across it will see the value of the topic and appreciate the passion I have for it.
